Keeping our Workplaces Safe & Discrimination Free

In the wake of movements such as Black Lives Matter, Me Too, and the calls to address anti-Indigenous and anti-Asian racism, workplaces are being challenged to respond with empathy, accountability, and care. Join us for a one-hour session exploring how organizations can navigate these evolving social contexts, address sensitive issues effectively, and build a renewed foundation of psychological safety for all.

In this one-hour session, we will explore:

  • The Context: How recent social movements have reshaped expectations for equity and accountability in workplaces.

  • The Challenge: Common missteps organizations face when addressing sensitive issues like discrimination, bullying, or lateral violence.

  • The Path Forward: Practical strategies to strengthen psychological safety and foster cultures of respect, trust, and inclusion.
